Tea light Candle Holders

Hello Friends!!
Sometime back I had ordered a few tea light candle holders from Craftslane. These were perfect diwali gifts for friends. It is also a good way to utilize small pieces of scrap pattern paper. Have used a variety of pattern papers here.

A CHRISTMAS TAG

Here is a Christmas tag I made keeping in mind a few challenges. I have done some stamping on the base of this tag & added a few layers. The focal point is the ornament & wreath (made from punched leaves) & how can I miss a Christmas tree................that tiny little brad!

The mdf snow flake is heat embossed in silver embossing powder........

A Book Box

Hello Crafty Ladies!
I am back with another box (you can find the double slider vintage box here) made following the tutorial here. Enjoying making these gift boxes as they serve the dual purpose of a card & also can hold a gift. This box was made for a crafty friend & I hope she likes it.
I started with brown card stock to make the box which was then layered with coordinating PP & embellishments.

The box also has a pocket to hold a tag & a faux frame which can hold a small gift.

This bloom is handmade & sprayed the Lindys Gang Spray for the shimmer.....

The pattern paper & red glitter embossing powder used on the die cut are from ITSY BITSY

Another view.......

The tag inside, embellished with a handmade bloom.

Ornate Tags

Hello lovely friends........hope you all had a great Diwali.
Sometime back I had participated is the swap organised by Swap Central India, where we were required to make three ornate tags. Sharing all these with you today.
In the first one I have created many layers using stamps, PP, diecuts..............

The second one is monochromatic & I created a pocket using vellum which holds a small bookmark......

Attempted a bit of parchment in this too.

The last one too has loads of layers & the pattern paper that you see is actually the packing of some Itsy Bitsy embellishments........

Used the CW template & texture paste for the birds

Pallavi was my partner in this swap & I hope she liked them.

Vintage Double Slider Box

Hello Lovely People!!
I recently participated in a swap where we had to make a handmade box with a co-ordinating tag. I followed the tutorial here to make a double slider box in vintage style.

This bloom is handmade using the tutorial that Rajni shared with us.

The lids of the box slide open like so -

Halloween Card - Bendi Fold

Today I am sharing a card with a very unique fold which I had come across on Splitcoaststampers where they also have a tutorial. I wanted to try this fold & with halloween approaching it was my daughter's suggestion to make one with this theme.

Lots of pattern paper, die cuts, distressing went into the making of this card -

These two panels swing open -

This is how the card looks when open -

The bat & the cat are rub-ons & the spider webs are hand drawn. I loved the use of the die cut against an embossed & distressed kraft card stock.

The moon again is fussy cut from another pattern paper.

All these potion bottles are fussy cut from a pattern paper.
