Sharing another Guest Designer post I did this month. This one is for a Russian Challenge - Homyachuk Scrap Challenge I won for the doodled card.
The theme this month is to create a Spring Notebook incorporating the following elements - the color green, a bird/butterfly & a flower.
Here's a look at what I made - a green handmade cover layered with a parchment paper stamped, scrunched & distress with vintage ink. Spritzed the paper & while moist I rolled the edges to give it a vintage feel............I loved this, what do you think??
Here's a snapshot of the distressed (barn door) doily & the blooms, aren't they gorgeous??
The bow at the spine with a cute little butterfly charm.
Also used some chipboard laser cuts from Itsy Bitsy as you see here. The medallion was stamped, heat embossed in white & distressed (barn door & peeled paint).
Enjoyed using so many colors, techniques & cute embellishments in this project.............hope you all like it as much as I did making it. :-).
