A Scrapbook for Teachers

Hello All!!
We all have indelible memories of our school days & of course our teachers! I know many of you are already nostalgic & into flashback...............thinking of your school days!!!
This is a very special year for my elder daughter as she graduates from Grade X & will be leaving her school. As a parting gift to the teachers she wanted me to compile a book of memoirs on behalf of all the graduating students. We both planned & discussed..........the only input from her time & again - mama please make sure it is simple with minimum embellishments & girly colors. Little did I realize the massive task it would be, coordinating with 60+ children at a time when they were meeting only for a few hours in school during their pre boards! This was also my first at making such an elaborate project.
Finally this is what it resulted in -

All the pages & inserts were bound with the chip board cover by the hidden hinge system. The year 2014 is handwritten with a embossing pen over which I have poured melted UTEE  to get the faux glass look.

Another view of the handmade bloom -

The book has inserts to accommodate personal thoughts of all the students - library pockets, waterfall inserts, flip flap book, accordion fold.
I have used loads of stamps & pattern paper (most of these are from Itsy Bitsy) here.
Leaving you with some images.........................
